Don't Be Shy To Introduce Yourself

Welcome D J and KittKatt ..loved the piks, Autism = extra neural wiring in Brain , Wires that wire together fire together( old adage in neurology) repeated firing of same neural circuits reinforce those neural pathways , Autism not understood in youth breeds disillusionment = depression,etc. (You make the connections .) circumstances can reinforce those connections . Change circumstances ,build new connections . Make your own deductions from there.

that's the one thing that's confusing me at the minute is searching things to try and work out what traits I have. It doesn't help when the assessments don't do that for you it just tells you how many boxes you've ticked.
I was in the exact same boat, just at a different time.
