Do you think you're good-looking?
It seems like a lot of aspies have poor self-image. My self-image fluctuates a lot. I sometimes view myself as being quite good-looking, to viewing myself as being ugly. Are any of you like this?
I don't think I'm very good-looking. I only got rated a 6.7 on Hot Or Not.
I think I look kind of unusual, if anything, I think. Maybe some people like that kind of thing.
I usually don't think about it much, but all it takes is a weird detail that bothers me.
In what way do you see yourself as looking unusual? You look fine to me.
Sometimes I would fuss over my appearance on small details. Like if something doesn't look right or I can't get my hair to sit in place (mainly the fringe), but usually that only happens if I'm going out with friends. When I'm sitting around the house, I don't really care much.
Thanks!
The fringe comment made me happy. I do the same thing. I'm taking a guess that it's not as vain as it comes off and no one understands this. But it really does RUIN your day.
Apparently I don't understand the concept of the Reply With Quote thing.
I wrote the second paragraph that's quoted up there in response.
Even on forums I'm awkward.
