but I wonder if when I'm forty-three 20 years won't feel that long at all?
Yeah, kind of the same. My timeline has never felt linear so time always feels kind of weird.It's a little weird, those 20 years went by fast. But at the same time they also felt like 120 years. I'm exhausted. Time is a weird thing.
I think is just the relative perception of time. If you're 5, 1/5 of your lifetime is a good chunk, but at 80 seeing back the last 1/80 of your liftime doesn't feel like a lot.Yes. The older you are the quicker time goes. I'm horrified how quick time goes. Someone told me that older people have some changes in brain so feel time in different way. I suppose it is true.
