Do you tend to go in circles with your interests?

I know I do. I'm interested in neurological conditions and mental health disorders. I have a list of Favourited videos on YouTube that I go back to daily to watch in a routine because I get a sense of enjoyment out of them I suppose. Do you find that's the same with your interests? And if so what are they?

Me too. I'm obsessed with trying to understand other peoples' disorders so I can make sense of them and my own diagnosis.

Mine are definitely cyclic AND centric. For example: alternations between horological items and vintage radios. I would abandon one, after a period of years, embrace another for a period, only to go back to a previous interest. They are always centered on vintage and utility. I like antique timepieces, but I like using them as well, therefore a clock/watch/radio must be vintage AND working. One OR the other and I have no interest. The one exception is antique guns, which I am not about to use. I find the challenge of restoring things to their original working order to be quite stimulating, however. Thus, for me to purchase a non-working item, I MUST be able to envision how I might restore it.
