Dilemma, please help

Well we've reached a compromise. He phoned her saying we're a bit under the weather, and so we will give her presents at the door and have a distanced chat at the door. I don't think we'll catch anything by doing that.

Just norovirus absolutely terrifies me and I know it's going around at the moment.

It should terrify most anyone. Highly contagious too.

I still recall when my girlfriend's daughter caught it from school. Poor baby...a lot for a little girl to go through.
