Creepy Places

For me it's the residual energy sometimes left by others that can make a place disturbing. Sometimes such places may reflect violence, and others death that I simply "pick up" being in close proximity with such spaces.

A feeling of suddenly having my energy taken away. Sometimes to the point where I need to sit down.

In this picture I couldn't stop thinking of that door at the top of the staircase. It turned out that a small child died there after a very long illness.

In this one the downstairs of this art gallery used to be a very rowdy bar more than a hundred years ago. Lots of pain and injuries, but no apparent deaths. But both the upstairs and the downstairs of this art gallery bothered me intensely. Go figure.

And everywhere where I show up seems to suddenly become creepy, not for me, but for everyone around me. :p

At the time there was a song out called "runaway train" and on the video clip, they would flash up pictures of missing persons. One week Gabor and Anja were on the clip, the next week they weren't. It creeps me out to this day.

I get the thrill of going inside abandoned places to take photos

Abandoned buildings always give me the creeps from the outside. I'm very fascinated by construction sites and would just love to see one that's actually abaondoned. Granted, it'd still be creepy as hell.

I'd enjoy wandering around the forest where Travis Walton allegedly was abducted by aliens. Though I suspect there's nothing to mark the spot. To me that would be a very creepy place, much as that "spot" near Roswell New Mexico.

Equally I wonder if Snowflake is just another small town in Arizona? Hmmm.

if you see the Australian 60 minutes doc about the backpacker murders and the murderes garage youd be unnerved
i was in Australia that month and i was a sort of backpacker used the greyhound buses the forests name is still giving me a bad feeling 20 years on
Creepy places rule. :P

Around here there are Woods Gnomes.
Those gnarled parts on trees or stumps.

In the twilight they slide off and follow you.

Am I supposed to put a Winky Face here?
It depends on your age exactly how
susceptible one is to Woods Gnomes.

That or how powerful your flashlight is.
