I noticed that a lot of people were doing this so I had to find out how to do it.

Seems you use ChatGPT, upload a photo and give it the following instructions:
"Create an image of a me. Transform it into a toy, making it an action figure. Next to the figure, include the toy’s equipment, each in its individual blister pack. 1) acoustic guitar 2) microphone 3) guitar amplifier 4) guitar plectrum. Do not repeat any equipment under any circumstances. The card holding the blister packs should be a strong blue color. Additionally, write 'Shoal Vibes' at the top of the box, with 'Music is Life' beneath it. Ensure the figure and equipment are all inside their respective blisters. Visualize this realistically"
 
Some people have been generating action figures of a local individual who is currently under federal indictment for fraud, money laundering, etc. It's pretty funny. The images contain packs of money, a cell phone, and a yacht where the FBI video'd the guy taking bribes in a sting operation.
