In 1895, Alfred Nobel's last will and testament are signed, transforming his fortune into a trust to create the "Nobel Prize".

I posted the above photo because I couldn't find a picture of a more historic event of 1897, the first Black Intercollegiate Football Game occurred in 1897. Here is a photo, but unfortunately, there's not a date on it.
