constantly taking off clothes/putting clothes on/ changing clothes

Does anyone else get too cold/ hot and constantly take off clothes and put them back on throughout the day? Summer or winter with ac and heat. I thought I was annoying people when I was in college by always taking off my sweater and putting it back on
 
It is quite frequent with me as well. Sometimes I don't realize it though and people comment about it. A little scary having your friends question why you take off and put back on your sweater all the time.
