Christmas

The Christmas movies and radio Christmas music.
A new discussion thread, 'Holiday Music' in the 'Movies, Music, Television' Forum.

As for modern Christmas movies .. no thanks. A classic like "It's a Wonderful Life' is a good choice.

The whole idea of God coming down in human form, experiencing human hardships, then dying for us to allow us to be one with Him if we choose.
And seeing family I don't see much (just wish it wasn't in overwhelming numbers)

Nothing really.
Feels very similar to last year.
I hope for some Christmas spirit
And some faith celebration but not even I feel very faithful when I lost the advent candles last year, it threw me off balance.
I was hoping not to buy myself anything but depression buys happened will open it before Christmas though.
So it does not seem like a Christmas present, it will be materialism for mental health
I will be happy the day people really start to care about faith and others.
Other than that feels too commercial. All about the decorations and materialism, no real Christmas spirit.
Oh yes, too overcommercialized.
