Christmas Highlights?

I liked that, I had a day to rest and to not have to wake up at 5 AM

I could take my time during the day
I’m just happy to be alive and that my grandmother is still alive

My favorite thing about this holiday season so far is getting to watch its a wonderful life in the movie theater

I hated Christmas, ever since I was little. It was always all about my father and children were expected to be seen and not heard. It was the opposite of exciting and fun, it was my most dreaded day of the year.

As an adult who never had any kids of his own Christmas is pretty meaningless to me, except that it was always the one day of the year where everyone I knew would be busy with family which meant I had a day of peace and quiet to myself.
