Can someone with Aspergers be good at reading people?

Your switch in interests is okay, but simply cutting people out of your life just because you feel like it is not okay. At least, be open to letting them try out your new interests with you, or let them know you are switching to something else and plan to switch back 6 months later on. Having friends, and if you're interested in a relationship, is about give and take. That means doing some things you don't like, but it also means you don't get bored of doing the same thing over and over, and that can be a good thing too!
