Can an autistic be charismatic?

This is exactly what I experience, and no amount of personal observation reveals what I am doing wrong. I really don't get it. I can distinguish no difference between me and them.

Well see it's not that I feel we're doing anything "wrong" as much as different but I can't figure it out all of the same. How is it my problem when I am communicating just fine but the other party just goes blank on me and will only seem to display at most some vague disgust with me based on body language and the short words I get sometimes? I didn't do or say anything controversial, I didn't come off stronger than them, I didn't step on anyone's toes. With other people on the spectrum I communicate just fine, everything is completely fluent. If you wiped my mind of anything I knew about myself and told me to interact with a large sample of neurotypical people I would probably think that they were the autistic one's. Either way though I'm always left wondering what is actually happening there.
