Interesting. I wonder why they didn't just keep half a dozen stores and their website open. Maybe it was better financially to declare bankruptcy first?
 
If they can make physical toy shopping into an "Experience", then they can make it. The experience has to be something you can't get online. Possibly let people try out toys there, have employees demo-ing them, etc.
