Automated downloads on Xbox One

I tried to download the demo of Resident Evil 7 last night from Xbox.com, and it wouldn't download even though I was logged in with my gamer tag.

Apparently there is a way to turn on automated downloads in the settings menu on my Xbox, does anyone know how to do it?

To change these settings:

1. Double-tap the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings > All settings.
3. Select Power mode & startup. Make sure Power mode is set to Instant-on, and: For automatic updates, select Keep my console, games & apps up to date.
