Autism Simulation

On second thought.. I'd love to see a simulation on what NTs experience. Want to see what I'm 'missing out' on...

Very good videos. The party one with the thoughts added helps me get an idea of what social settings like that are like for other people, to get some idea of “masking.” I spend the whole time thinking along the lines of “don’t freak out” and can’t get much past that. Sometimes I am hyperaware of my body and focus on keeping as still as possible as a little bit of grounding, but even then am mostly shut down. But I essentially am invisible, I just stand as far off to the side as I can without standing out too much and get almost completely ignored, which is a blessing for me in that sort of situation.
