Any suggestions for "on-line dating" sites? Any that are Spectrum friendly?

I'm recently diagnosed in February 2018 - What I'm starting to realize, is how much the "masked self-image" is much different than the actual person I am. I'm still trying to comprehend who I really am because between the self deception of masking and all the phases of development that are still back at a early stage. I realize that my understanding of the subtleties of courtship can be misunderstood. I'm thinking dating others on the spectrum may be the best way to go. I'm very new at all this and would appreciate any insights.. or better alternatives to on-line dating.

I tried http://www.spectrumsingles.com once but at the time it was very new and there wasn't anyone in my area around my age. I don't know if it's grown since then or not. They actually just sent me an e-mail today about new matches. Then there was another site mainly for people with mental illness but there was one or two aspies in my area I found on it: https://www.nolongerlonely.com/ . Again not much selection. Then there are some dating sites for disabled people in general but I don't remember the name of them, again not much selection. Another thing I have considered is joining an introvert dating site, there seems to be one or two out there but I haven't tried them but seems to be a bit more selection.

No, don't bother with this one. I've attempted to use it as well for a while about a month ago now but it's super dead, and it gets plagued with bots trying to lure people to malicious websites and the like

There was an excellent post, I forget who by, where this guy did a really thorough study on online dating. Basically, the conclusion is that it's a sausagefest, by which I mean the Male:Female ratio is extraordinarily high.

Don't lose hope though. It's not a throw of the dice. You're just competing with a whole lot of other guys for the same woman's attention. No biggie, right?

The best advice I took from that post (and someone link it, if you know which post I'm talking about) was that in your first-contact message, do more than a "hey what's up?" Write out a thoughtful message, comment on her interests; just build as many bridges as you can without writing a book about it.

I don't know if any of that makes sense. Punch me in the throat if it doesn't.

People you meet on-line aren't always what they seem.

One reason I posted this question was from my experience with "piece of fish" ( or is that plenty of fish?) - I find the person that responded was from another country and not my state - Very sad but there are sharks in that ocean and looking for easy prey...

Tinder is allegedly good, you download the app on your phone and look at pics of potential dates and click on them, if they're a match.

Go for nerdy and gamer girls. Most likely they might have aspergers too, but most women are not diagnosed.

Be careful with on-line dating. People you meet on-line aren't always what they seem.

Did find this website that may help you:

https://autisticdating.net/

That site sucks as well; I've tried signing up and the Captcha part when finalizing the Sign Up process is bugged, and it seems to be a ghost town with little to no activity; again, wouldn't bother with this one either

Or Bingo.

Well I got a match on Plenty of Fish yesterday, she sent me her email address.

I've just been busy today so I've not sent her any messages.
