Answer a QUESTION with a QUESTION

Isn't a moocher one who mooches off of others like a lazy bones who takes advantage of others
because they expect everyone to take care of them or like a person over 18 who still lives at home and
expects Mommy and Daddy to pay for everything, or a roommate who doesn't pay their rent and
expects the other housemates to be cool with it?
