Are you asking because my haircut looks like some sort of small animal is sitting on my head?
 
Do I misunderstand, or are you comparing certain characteristics of mine to characteristics that are typical of skunks?
 
If an indigenous tribe has 35 members, is describing that as an entire nation consisting of 35 people legit?
 
Doesn't "legit" mean that one agrees with the conclusion, independent of whether the data provided supports that conclusion or not?
