Am I the only one who can't do anything right? Every time I do something, it's wrong. Every time I believe something, it's wrong. I just can't so the right thing, but I want to! I try so hard, but maybe I'm just too much of a bad person.

I'm already cursed (I was born cursed). I don't know if I'm autistic or just stupid. Plus, I'm a klutz with no depth perception. Is anyone else like this, or is it just me?

I just don't know anything. I always end up saying or doing the wrong thing. The only way I would believe that on not a total mistake and be able to stop hating myself (or at least, hate myself less) is if I AM diagnosed as autistic, and that it would be the reasons of my defectiveness and uselessness.

I'm gonna add polls because I like voting things.

I have no idea if you're autistic or not, but you're definitely not a mistake or stupid. Maybe stop trying so hard and just be yourself. Everyone makes plenty of mistakes in all the areas you mentioned - and not just autistic people - everyone. And it seems the harder a person tries, the more mistakes they make.
I'm a bit of a klutz and have no excuse, especially when I'm nervous - I'm dropping things all the time. Growing up my family always made fun of me because I was always walking or running into trees. I still run into things but my family isn't around to make fun of me. :)

Everyone has some wrong beliefs but beliefs aren't really meant to be painted with a right or wrong brush. They're used to direct our life and actions.

Like right now you have the belief that you can't do anything right but i suspect that's not the case... is that from someone in your life telling you this repeatedly? Perhaps while growing up? Negative beliefs tend to get piled on through the teenage and young adult years.

then usually in mid 20's or 30's... whenever we become aware of our negative beliefs it's our responsibility to change them to improve our life.

On the poll. wouldn't vote stupid or autistic.
i would check the box that says
[ ] Bad programming

(acquired from bad programmers)

"I just don't know anything. I always end up saying or doing the wrong thing."

it's very rare that someone in your age group is a genius. For that to happen they would have to be raised by selfless parents who are geniuses themselves. It takes years of study and research to acquire knowledge and wisdom. If it's something you truly want to change start looking into the things that you want to improve on

Maybe both, in my case.

It seems depth perception clumsiness may be an autistic trait or comorbidity. I am very athletic, power walking is my sport, also mountain hiking, trail biking, weight lifting, mostly personal -not team sports. I am accurate with things that fly straight, bullets, darts, arrows, etc. but trying to play ball, forget it. I always swing too early or too late because I can't tell accurately enough how close the ball is to me.

I spent half a century wondering why all the rules were different for me before I finally found out. You are young, and have plenty of support and time to learn to adjust and overcome and find people and situations that match your strengths and abilities.

My words and deeds were identical to what other people said and did, the only difference was while others were rewarded for them, I was punished for doing good. When others do bad, I am punished instead of them. I was never welcome anywhere as anything other than a scapegoat, used to get the job done and bring about amazing results then discarded everytime. I didn't realize my lack of popularity was due to my lack of deceitfulness and prejudice. I am very honest and observant, which makes others uncomfortable. I learned to keep my mouth shut but that didn't help either. People who were proud of what they did liked me for noticing and people who were ashamed of themselves hated me for being there when they embarrassed themselves. I was never judged on my words or deeds, just on the fact that I didn't say or do things exactly as most people are programmed to expect.

I also tend to be overly honest, and I go home thinking if I should've said what I said. It's also difficult to explains things, especially how I feel and my bad days like today. BTW, I should change the polls to "Do you think I could be autistic or just stupid?" That way, it'll just be opinion and guesses just to see what everyone here thinks. I usually don't worry too much about what other people think of me, and that's definitely jot how I learned that I was stupid. It's because I can't do anything right. I try, and I fail. Every week, just about, I learn that I'm doing something wrong, or I end up doing something stupid. Plus, every time I talk to people, I day the wrong things. Then my sensitive heating still goes unexplained because the ENTs and Audiologists proved that it wasn't Hyperacusis, and the only thing that's left is Sensory Processing Disorder which often comes with Autism, and I don't even know if I have that. I'm still worried that he will misdiagnose me, and I'll just have to live with the fact that I'm just cursed (and not like in cartoons, but maybe I was born cursed?).

1. No one here will ever say you're stupid.

2. "Every week, just about, I learn I'm doing something wrong, or I end up doing something stupid." If you really mean just once a week, it sounds like you're a closer to being a genius than being stupid! I thought we were supposed to do at least one stupid thing per day! Maybe per hour even?

3. Confirmation bias and self-fulling prophecy are good concepts to be familiar with, particularly in reference to the curse thing. You ARE cursed! Everyone who believes they're cursed is cursed. Stop believing it! Then you won't be. Anything that goes wrong is not confirmation of a curse, no matter what it is. Most events happen in isolation. The human brain is wired to connect the dots. Be aware of that fact and resist seeing the dot-connecting as indisputable fact.

4. You're not stupid. You're identifying your problems/flaws/dislikes and expressing a desire to change them. You just rose above the majority of the population. Congratulations! Your primary feeling right now should be pride!

5. I just spent about ten seconds trying to spell "congratulations." Am I stupid?

I've little to add to what others have already said, except this.
Mistakes are the greatest tools there are for helping us get things right.
It's not an empty platitude. Mistakes happen so you can learn from them and do better next time. You are young so there are plenty more mistakes to come, but every one of them contributes to making you better at this thing we call "life".
