I've had Israeli made matzot but not actual soft unleavened bread from Israel. I do have a bomb recipe for Karaite matzo, which is a soft unleavened bread, sort of like a pita. It's so delicious!

I don't have the gift of breadmaking I make inedible bricks ,need a bread maker machine,I've had matzot but it's very dry
