A discussion with my uncle

Hi everyone,

I was finally able to talk somewhat about what trauma I’ve been through in the hospital years ago with my uncle

He finally admitted that at some point in this time he was wrong
I was finally able to tell him that the reason why I may never have children traditionally or or maybe even never marry or be in a relationship like that

I think I was never able to get though what actually happened because I didn’t understand the terminology or even what happened at all then so this is somewhat progress


He backs me when it comes to my autism diagnosis, he does believe I have autism

@Jenisautistic, It's very hopeful to hear you have taken this chance with trusting your uncle. It sounds like it went pretty well even though it is a difficult thing to do.

I hope that he can continue to be open to what you have to share and find ways to support you as you continue to process your trauma.

Well, I didn’t say exactly the whole thing that happened, but we were talking about the events leading up to it and
I explained things and I said I am not blaming anything, but I wanted him to admit he was wrong for a certain things that happened before I ended up hospitalized back in 2014
