4 day crash

Well-Known Member
I'm just coming out of a 4 day . ?
World came crashing in a and squashed me .
Things have not been good and arnt good.

My grip on a relationship I was in seems to have also melted.

The idea that I don't really feel anything about anything set in .

Its a very destructive emotion.

Times like these people seek physical comfort , thats not on my list of go to options .

This is when feeling like this really cuts you adrift from everything

really sorry to hear Alan. good news is that you are coming out of it. bad news is that there was an it.

i can totally relate to feeling detachment. i have been both saved and cursed by it my entire life. depression. the more i learn about it the less i want to, but it is undeniably there as a part of me.

just hold on man. grab ahold of some comfort where you can, and know that things will always change.

Pulling out of the nose dive, it felt like it was going to be long term or weeks of it.

Being detached from everything is horrible. Distance helps at times but over all
I think I'm missing out .

Sounds really tough for you,and glad things are a bit improved sounds like you really hung on grimly as best you could. I m the same re physical comfort, but maybe music helps, tracks I like and meditation or mindfulness recordings?
