    How many meetup groups did I get kicked out of.
    Three count them because they don't understand my meltdowns. The other three I didn't I am still in because one has a daughter, a partner who works with autism and the other person is disabled.

    The problem is I can't find any in person autistic groups that are level 1 mild autism. So I look for similar groups. I got lucky with three and a midtown church center with leaders knowing autistic people, which is why they took my meltdowns.

    I now have a steady trauma and anger management therapist. Hope for the best for my mental health.

    and i apologize if this is an uncomfortable topic, but i hope you have a serious discussion with your folks regarding your future, future in the sense of being able to support yourself after your folks are gone, as in, obviously this applies to everyone, none of our folks are gonna be around forever, since i doubt collecting disability for the rest of your life would be enough to support yourself.

    Hey, that's cool. Just stay low-key. It's just a coffee, not anything else. Think of some conversation topics that are interesting, not about mom and dad. Maybe memorize a silly joke, talk about something interesting that happened to you, and make sure to ask questions about her. That is a great way to start. No matter what happens, she asked you out, don't forget that. May you have many more coffee dates.

    I took it snails pace messaging her actually waiting over 2 weeks between communicating last one was over 2 weeks she got back to me today. Meds calming me down.

    i assume you stopped going to Yoga sessions or other forms of fitness, i don't exercise as consistently as i used to and i think a contributing factor as to what hurt my motivation was losing my best friend of 13 years, the one who ghosted me.

    Being born a man sucks. When you have a mental breakdown when people ignore you, they blame you. When a woman just trips, everyone is too her aid.

    Even the medical professionals blame the patient. They emphasise the disease of masculinity, undervalue positive masculine traits and alienate us. They want to manufacture a 'new man'. In no other circumstance would blaming an illness bearer's character, attitude or behaviour be acceptable. Social context is minimised, instead a close minded focus on how toxic and outdated the victim is.

    Hanging out with Christians is annoying because they never want to do anything, they're spiritual propaganda about why I'm single, and they segregate me from the women.
    Hanging out with non Christians is annoying because even though we mix, I have to deal with the gradual shift from G to R Rated language.

    No. I get along with women better and when I have a chance women often open up to me and tell me stuff they don't share with others. I don't get along with men. I grew up with all male cousins, a low functional sister, boys who bullied me, and no female friends. Do the math.

    I do agree with coping with the profanities, and I am working on that.

    Negative experiences with males can result in you interpreting men's behavior more negatively, which can make it more difficult to get along with men. However, if you practice thinking more positively and seeing the good in other men, it can make it much easier to get along with them.

    I think schema therapy would be a great option for you. It helps with trauma and relationship issues. Unlike CBT, a schema therapist can act like the female friend you're seeking.

    I'm actually going to ask for a therapist that does trauma. All the others are useless. I bring up girls from college, Madison, Jade and women ignoring me cafe parks events present they tell me it's in the past. Forget about them love yourself crap think about things you love I can't I have to talk about them not be gaslighting brushed off.

    I like that, you shouldn't be gaslighted. Your feelings need to be validated. We all need this. At that time, you felt that these women dis you. Moving forward, l hope you realize that if we seek validation from strangers that's not healthy. Our existence is dependent on how we feel about ourselves.

    99% of the time if you see this face next to sitting to a woman that's not a boomer chances are she doesn't know me and won't give me the time of day or care if I dropped dead.

    my mental/emotional health has been damaged a lot since my close friends of 13 years ghosted me again.
