Most men l sit near won't give me the time of day, but l don't take it personally. That's their choice. I don't understand why you only find your value in random women. That's faulty thinking, random women have zero control over you, they don't feed you, they don't pay your bills, why do you care so much about random women?

This is truly a sign of faulty thinking on your part. This has too much importance in your daily life, that means it's faulty thinking. You need to accept that it's obessive thinking if you only think about random women daily, and how they treat you. They owe you nothing, you need to realise you are obessed with this.
