So, I saw a photo from one of my relatives of a bouquet of white roses, but after their kid put it into their blue paint water, the roses turned blue. Remarkable.
Did you know that balloons don't pop over fire when it's filled with water? I think it's because the water absorbs the heat.
Well, I had some copper wire lying around, and decided to put a little magnet through it. Imagine my surprise when it went around in circles.
Well, it took a few tries but I actually made silly putty out of glue, some laundry detergent, and luckily enough some blue food dye.
Moral of the story: Do not let your cats run free in New Zealand. Next time I'm going to make silly putty
Well, a friend showed me trick they used to win the science fair when they were younger. They put baking soda in a balloon and filled a soda bottle with vinegar. The carbon dioxide made the balloon inflate.
Well, the servers went down in my area, so my project data needs redoing, but I'll just say this knowledge tidbit: cheetahs chirp like birds.
I recently played a game called Endling: Extinction is Forever. Other than being a very sad game, I found it pretty hard to believe that foxes could be on the edge of extinction (those creatures could survive anywhere).
Well, after a few days of grieving, I'm thinking about doing some more experiments, though only with the others making sure I take it easy.
It's sad when a species disappears. The Kaui O'o's final cry brings a tear to my eyes.

No experiments today. I lost a family member.
I left my Gatorade in the freezer and forgot about it, but when I remembered and took it out, I dropped and it turned into a slushie. That was interesting.
So, here's something I discovered by accident: I had a mixture between baking soda and vinegar (lucky that wasn't toxic), and when one of my mates used a lighter, the mixture put it out.
You should look at water before and after going through a filter (brita, lifestraw, etc). I would be interested in the results.
So, I thought about making a bottle rocket, but one look at the people who live me vetoed the idea. I settled on using laser pen to mess with water and then oil. It turns out the light bends in oil.
So, my friend showed me an egg they put in vinegar for about three days, and now it's bouncy. We're both such nerds.
So, dropping baking soda in the three layer fluid made it look like a small lava lamp. Nice; messy but nice.
So, with the vinegar I had, I mixed it with some cooking oil and some left over red dye, and now I have three layers of fluid in my glass. Science is so cool! -
