    Dispute my earlier meltdown due to my mother insulting me in the phone when I called her earlier, my friends from church still treated me for lunch out to eat. I take them for granted, what my narcissistic parents put me through.

    I am so glad that you realize you may be normal, it's just your parents derailed your perception of yourself. Like you should be chastised or belittled for just existing. My parents were excellent at this. But l try my best to be respectful to others unless they loose that privilege.

    I try to treat others with respect, especially if they are in jobs that require a lot of negotiations with people who are angry and/or traumatized. I once had a pharmacist who said she liked dealing with me because I was always calm and levelheaded. She tended to get screamed at by customers all day.

    Therapy or faith doesn't really help. I'm living proof of it.

    It's best to just do therapy anyway because whenever we vent on here at least we can say we done therapy whenever we're asked the inevitable "have you tried therapy?"

    Thursday night meetup tried actually went great. It was faith based, where I basically have the most comfortable connections.

    Now I am on slightly higher meds again. The cycle is getting worse. Really all I want is one particular friend👧that will be there, won't ostracize, stand me up all the time. But no one even here understands, I can never achieve.

    Faking it to join clubs to make friends is the worst advice my parents and people gave me. My mental health is at the verge of a seizure or heart attack soon.

    I have encountered co-workers who don't like me in many different jobs. Sometimes it's because l am very logical, or my feminine looks get me in trouble, or because people - mostly women, decide to dislike me. l lost my last position because l wouldn't sleep with a board member. But l am not going to internalize this. l will just keep moving ahead , l am not going to take it personally.

    Careful about what words you use, lol. Reddit is very anti free speech where you can get banned by a mod for using a word they don't like even though it is apt. They won't bother to look at unban requests.

    I'm doing much better now. Only went out three times this week. Church where I had a great time after with the superbowl game together. Then Tuesday night with another group socializing. More days of rest then one day solo at the gym. Me being positive making my parents argue less.
