I want to cry again.
I cried at life group tonight.
I hate my life.
Lofi is good for depression.
I am finally working out at the gym after a week.
Why don't single women like me nevermind even want to talk to me? What is wrong with me? I am so sad and depressed.
Except for my yoga teacher and my therapist excluding my family I was ignored by everyone else this lonely Halloween.
Losely day at yoga. Stuck up female student ignored me but talked to the teacher only and it was just us in class. Teacher consultant me after class walked with me until she went to the supermarket.
Women in relationships tell me I am a nice person.
I trimmed my beard shaved today not because I care how I look but because whenever I drank something it would get all over my face and my shirt.
Today's one of those days where I should have stayed in bed all day. I have nothing but material possessions so I am going to take another nap.
Almost finished Futurama series.
My life stinks.
My depression is back about not being in a relationship.
I want to be a happier person but it's hard.
I did not go to yoga this morning. I was tired and due to a bad instinct yesterday after class I was not in the mood.
My phobias make my living with autism much worse to live my daily life.
I don't believe in anything anymore. I heard the f word from a woman in yoga class after class today it's the last straw.
This is why I can't make friends. It describes me exactly.
