  • Went to the doctor. My blood pressure is low because my quack mental doctor put me on a high dosage of blood pressure pill to suppose to control face masks which it does not. My real doctor said to reduce it then to eventually stop talking it.
    Temporary space is a no go. All classes are now canceled at the yoga studio for the rest of the month until they move to the new space next month they still don't have.

    Does the gym have floor space where you could
    do yoga?
    Still feel weak again today. Going to see my doctor this week I been seeing since I was a teenager.

    I have an annoying habit of standing too close to others. Especially when waiting to talk to someone.

    I have the opposite problem, @Tony Ramirez. I stand so far away from people that they don’t even know I am waiting to talk to them. Awareness is key. We could take a cue from others and watch how closely to each other they stand.

    That didn't really tell me the distance.
    What I was asking for was an estimate in feet or inches.
    Felt so weak this morning. My Saturday yoga teacher changed the class for me and made it more restorative since I was the only student even changing the Playlist during class. I took a nap after. Not going to the gym again today. Plain on walking to the park later.
    I wonder if I am losing weight too fast now. I feel lighter. More tired but harder to sleep. My appetite is low. I feel weak when I do yoga and exercise. I took today off from the gym.

    Feeling under the weather. My uncle has a cold. I did not catch it. I take zinc supplies but I still feel weaker.

    Are you getting enough iron? protein? B vitamins? Maybe a yoga instructor or a staff member at the gym could give you some guidance. Maybe your doctor would run a blood test and advise some dietary suggestions. I'm no expert but I know what works for me. I get low on iron and it makes me weak and shaky like I might faint. Anyway I hope you can figure out how to beat the fatigue.

    I don't know if you're like me, but I always feel really odd when I'm in weight-loss mode. Sleeping is harder, my heart races a bit, etc.
    Anyone listen to dead artists? Music from them that are not alive anymore.

    Sure.
    Also listen to things composed hundreds of years ago and recorded in ways they
    never imagined.
    Have you ever unintentionally snuck up behind people and scared them when you entered somewhere? I have done too my yoga teacher today. Use to do it to people all the time.

    Thanks. It's just there was only one narrow entrance where she was standing , she was on the phone already distressed about the call. So it was unavoidable. The class however calmed us both down after.

    All the time. I'd have thought being so tall it'd be hard to sneak up on people and make them jump. Mind you, I got adept at slinking about my parent's house so as to not attract attention. Sad really.

    Two days in a row of no sleep. I am so weak I can barely walk never mind go to the gym. I could do yoga but it's canceled. I also barely ate anything.
    My yoga studio is moving in September. Problem is might not be local so I won't be able to go no more. I looked at other studios but they might to be too advanced for me. There is nothing for beginners like where I am going now. So it looks like only the gym is in my imidiate future.

    That’s disappointing, Tony, based on how much you seem to like it there. After all your time there, are you sure you’re not ready for the next level? Maybe you could find a new studio after all. It seems like it has been such a positive influence for you.
    I was so excited approaching and talking to a woman last night that I woke up at 2 am. Had insomnia thinking about it all night tossing and turning. I am so weak and tired I could not do morning yoga. I plan on going to evening yoga.
    I went to this crowed place tonight. I handled it. I talked to this woman I meet there. We had a nice conversation.

    I was so excited talking to her that I woke up at 2 am and could not go back to sleep properly. I been tossing and turning all night. I am so weak I had to skip yoga this morning. I am still tired.
    I am skipping the gym for two days, going Saturday then taking two days off again . I feel totally exhausted going six days a week and doing yoga seven days including twice Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening. I just hope I don't gain weight.

    When you get back to it, consider using a vitamin dense protein drink powder. Mix it with whatever milk or milk alternative you like. Throw in a banana for extra potassium.

    Maybe let someone you trust know that you need help to figure it what your body needs for being more active. I hope you get some good rest and feel better soon. Your motivation and dedication to maintaining a workout routine is quite impressive though!

    Also, muscle is more dense and heavier than fat. The number of pounds (or kg) won't go down as quickly as the inches (or cm) will. Don't look at the numbers, instead feel how your body moves easier and feel how your mood is changed and notice your posture improving that's where your results start and the body will eventually tone up after all that other stuff happens first.
    Yoga is really helping me with my social anxiety. I complement an attractive woman at the park on how friendly her dog was. I also talked to an attractive woman after yoga class tonight about the teacher and class. Something I could not do last year.

    Hey great news, you are helping others by sharing your success here too. Big shout out to you for sharing your journey.
    My great day got ruined by my parents, there bad attitude and foul mouths. I hear most profanity from them more than total strangers which is much less.
    We had church in the park. I socialized with a woman. I sat next to her after for a picnic for over a half hour and chatted. I am getting better at this stuff.
    Had a stress free day today. Only student at yoga class. Good workout at the gym. Quiet non humid day at the park. Chilling with classic Trance.
