    Topiramate is not helping with my depression today. Neither is yoga or exercise, maybe it's the constant reminder of relationships for everywhere except me.

    I'm so lonely. My so called new friends ditched me today. I went to the gym but that was lonely and there was a couple there exercise around me.
    I'm at Cobble Hill Park where I am 100% ignored by everyone and there are couples here too.

    How can I attempt to even ask a woman out for a coffee date when they mention a boyfriend or a husband when I get to talk to them? Kind of ruined it. Embarrassing.

    I did get wished a happy birthday by all the yoga students today even the nice attractive woman next to me. I said thank you to her.

    Tunnel vision kicking in again woman I wanted to talk to in yoga finally talked to me. Was going good until she mentions a husband yet again falls into the 95% taken woman. I was still polite and talked to her but yet again all woman have boyfriends or husbands.

    That's true. All the nice ones I meet except for two in my life groups that said they were single the rest all have husbands or boyfriends.

    People who wear face masks get loving relationships, while I refuse to wear them. I get loneliness, phobia's and rejections. Makes no sense.

    If I have to hear one more time a woman I am interested that she mentions having a boyfriend in a general conversation I might just say something nasty to her. I am sick of hearing that annoying word.

    It did get it. Sorry. Also my yoga teacher Tashya said I should write more positive things in my journal instead of writing mean negative things about myself and then reading then later. To delete them.

    Maybe you could color code the remarks. Like, take a highlighter and color the positive remarks with
    a color that you like.

    Keep track of weather forecasts. Toxic smoke migrating and circulating can last awhile, but not indefinitely. Once the smoke goes, so will most of the masks.

    I did just apologize to my father. It just was not the masks. A woman I meet at the dinner I wanted to know more got crushed when she mentioned a boyfriend. This happened to three woman this past two weeks. One said a husband.

    That's what my uncle said. There had to be a reason. My mother said not to walk to the gym today because of this. This sucks. I hate face masks and I still refuse to wear them.

    Everytime I talk to a woman I am interested in eventually she mentions a husband or a boyfriend even though if she is married she is not wearing a ring. Then I feel like listening to Drone Zone all day.
