    Yep, go get a nice big cake and snarf it down, then follow it with a nice big bottle of sugar cane lemonade. Then maybe put on headphones and blast your favorite music.

    That sounds a lot like a person who very much wants the bad stuff to stop and not sure of how to make it stop, uses the short hand of 'I want to die'...in an attempt to express the thoughts & feelings.

    Awesome! Okay, whenever you feel stressed, picture an ethereal, blue colored betta fish with a long, flowy tail fin and a crystal in her forehead. Just keep her there, and just think of anything she'd say or do to calm you down. Then just go with the flow :)

    I understand well can't you take in a motell a day or so so you can get fixed up again? either way you already know you HAVE to leave him and im more than shore youre mom would take you back with open arms. you are her daughter after all

    My first week in the unit was a struggle. You'll adjust to things but one tip I will give you; interact with the staff. Remember, they have dealt with people with problems before and can offer help and advice.
