    You DO need SOME protein. Try getting a clamshell grill and cooking boneless skinless chicken breasts. Also, adding a shot glass of lemon juice to 8 oz of water is a good way to detox from salt, which if you eat junk food is a real problem.

    Im no longer scared of skipping meals, used to think it's unhealthy. It's apparently healthy. Called intermittent fasting.

    The whole thing about "you have to eat three square meals a day" was based on faulty science from the WW2 era. Back then nearly half the nation had chronic undernourishment and it was affecting the supply of draftees. The solution turned out to be worse than the problem.

    Sorry, I'm allergic to cow milk. A couple slices of pizza and it takes the sores on my face two months to heal. Took me years to figure it out. Tip: Cold, refrigerated, two day old pizza tastes awesome IMO. Just use baking soda in your fridge for the smell.
