Hey Soup, It's been awhile since I have seen you, me and Nolan were talking about how we hadn't seen you in awhile a couple weeks ago. Hope all is going ok for you and can't wait till you come back. I miss talking to you!
She got in very late last night but everything is ok I was worried because it wasn't the norm Thanks!
I'm dying for butterfly lady's input. I liked her mom alot and hope she feels the same way.
Just got to wait till she gets home to find out.
I saw some sea dragons at the aquarium in Florida recently. They were beautiful! Also, I watched a documentary a couple weeks ago and it said that a new species of coral sea dragons was found, but I don't know how old the documentary was. It might be old news.
couldn't send via pm, so here goes. :)

    Hi there. :)

You mentioned to pm you about vitamins and deficiencies... So i went to my doc, and got the results of my last bloodwork.

I am deficient in potassium i am 3.4, normal is 3.5-5.3

i am also deficient in vitamin D it says 25-Hydroxy, LC/MS/MS 26ng/mL. Normal is 30-100.

my TSH for my thyroid is 0.04 mIU/L

    Normal is .26 - 4.50

So they've decreased my thyroid medication to let the thyroid make more hormone.

Can you give me what you think would be a good dose of potassium and vitamin d, or other advice?
