    So many problems in society could be solved if people just cared about mental health a little more. Overworking people certainly isn't doing anything to help mental health, just causing more stress, purely because of greed.

    I pick items at an Amazon fulfillment center. I handle it pretty well because I don't have to talk to anyone and people generally leave me alone. Also I get a three day weekend, which is nice.

    I still have a habit of avoiding social situations. I expect that to continue. (Actually 26 isn't old. But I feel old mentally). :p

    My parents used to argue on the phone a ton. That was extremely annoying. One time I had enough and took the phone away from my mother and told her to shut up. It actually stopped after that, thankfully.

    This doesn't seem like it'd be a healthy relationship for either of you, based on what you've said so far. If he's constantly shouting at you as you say, that's not something you should want to live with.

    There's no evidence at all that this is the case. Just saying. That's more based on fear-mongering than anything else. Also, playing any video game can be unhealthy depending on how long you play said game. Any activity can be unhealthy, depending on how long you do it for.
