You're in an admin role too? Do you find it enjoyable or tedious? I think I wouldn't mind it half as much if it didn't include lots of inbound phonecalls at our office. The last thing you want when you're focusing on a task is having to drop everything and focus on something completely different that needs completing ASAP.

Working 2 days from home and 3 in the office with a skeleton staff. Asides from that there's not really been any lifestyle changes for me at all

But most stuff must be closed around where you live. Did you eat out at all before all this happened?
My family has a few birthdays in April. Looks like this year they'll be quiet ones.

I rarely go out and when I do its to get away from people and be out in the middle of nowhere. So there's little change for me. Same old routine of being at home in my free time of in the garden. Can't say I've ever been big on celebrating birthdays. My partners is in May and she's assuming it'll be a quiet one

Trying something new after the car accident I had a couple of years ago.
Struggled with being the black sheep all my life and then discovered that I may have been struggling with ADHD. Then more recently realized that I could relate to the "Sam" character on "Atypical" so much that I went on-line to do Autism tests which said that I was a high candidate for being on the spectrum. I mean the bells that went off with some of the questions were mind-blowingly relatable.
I'm no high-functioning Steve Jobs type and I'm definitely under-employed but I get by.
Since my accident I realize I want more - more relief from my anxiety, self-loathing and my attachment to thoughts, things and people that are harmful.
That's where meditation and mindfulness come in. My cognitive beliefs fight me every step of the way but I feel this is the right path and I have decades of negative behavior and abuse to overcome. This is no overnight success expectation.
