Are you like me in that you like to always be busy? I get myself in trouble when I don't have enough to do - you know...idle hands make the devil's (something-or-other).
I work in a hospital and I don't think I'm necessarily the best person for this particular Admin job I have right now, but I'm capable and that seems to be all that matters.

Always getting interrupted. Switching focus makes for too many mistakes, yet in some ways here I'm stellar!

Yeah, if I'm not working I'm distracting everyone. But I work at a fast pace. Lots of work that needs attention to detail, but also a lot of phone calls and distractions that make consistency and accuracy problematic when you can't focus on 1 task at a time without others intruding.
