    I have to wake up at like 4am on Saturday to drive to a dog show. It better be worth it lol, I have two dogs that are really close to earning new titles (one conformation championship, and one Rally Excellent title)
    Enzo blew through the Rally Novice and Rally Advanced titles in less than a year. Hex needs two points to finish her conformation championship. This event has conformation, Obedience, Rally, and others.

    Having a service dog gives me a huge confidence boost in public. Especially when people are like “Omg, that dog is so well-behaved/disciplined.” I feel less insecure and anxious when she’s with me (which is the point, lol, aside from helping me with my medical situation, which is mainly what she does.) I trained her mostly by myself btw! Just with guidance from an instructor.

    One of my neighbors told me today that I’ve “gained too much weight” and that fat people are gross. Thanks, my self-esteem was already not great.

    Nasty people. Here thick is 300lbs. Normal in Florida is about 245 lbs. The south has totally different standards then LA. Lol

    If l ran into that puppy, l would be begging you if l pet his head. His coat looks soft. Is it really short length? Does he get upset if his head is pet? No worries. Don't answer if you are busy. You have a full-time profession. Pretty remarkable. Why are doggie pictures so great compared to child pictures? Lol

    He’s a bit wary of strangers but will let you pet him once he’s comfortable with you.

    I enjoy it so 'much' i end up doing it manually and it actually ends up taking 10 times longer just because I hate dragging the vacuum cleaner around, or doing traditional stuff lol.

    Had a quick Rally Obedience trial this morning, I messed up on part of the course but we only lost 10 points so came in with a qualifying score of 90. Not bad! I was sleep deprived and had a long drive so I underperformed, but Enzo did his best and still qualified. He was completely in love with the judge too lol which is hilarious because he’s kind of a “stranger danger” dog

    I constantly have to remind people that even though Kodi, Chesca, and Hex look really adorable and cuddly, Dogo Argentinos are a breed that is only for experienced working dog owners and I would not sell a puppy to just anyone. They will ruin your life if you don't know how to train them. They can be friendly and tolerant with proper socialization, but they are dominant and stubborn and have a mind of their own.

    The thing I like about trainers is that regardless of their methods and knowledge they respect each other's work and don't say only their way is the way. They're open minded and flexible and that's really doing a lot for their work and understanding.

    What I dislike about some breeders is that they require every buyer to put the puppy into dog shows just because the parents have been champions. But some puppies grow to not be social or very friendly with the pats they are required to get, and may have mental issues. So it's counter-intuitive to put it into such an environment.

    I asked him to add my other two breeds (Newfoundland and Portuguese Podengo) since there was just the Dogo Argentino and Pointer on there. I also had him fix the tails on the Pointer doing Agility and the one hunting, because their tails were too short and they looked like GSPs, not English Pointers!

    I also like the addition of the gaiting dogs, you can see the different gaits that all of these breeds have! The determined but elegant trot that Pointers have is my favorite.

    What kind of neurological issues cause like a prickling or pins and needles feeling on skin? I think I mentioned before that my hands and feet, and arms and legs go "dead" or fall asleep a lot. But I also get kind of prickly feelings on my skin that almost feel like something is crawling on me. I'm diagnosed with fibromyalgia but I'm wondering if something else can do this? It's definitely neuro not psychological

    Looking at your friendly dog I would never have noticed. I just see the bond between you two. I was so happy when my cat Mew, who is usually aloof would visit me when I was recovering from COVID. I enjoy it when she isn't expressing her Aspie personality.

    Now I have a 65-pound dog (Enzo) literally sitting in my lap. They're all weird tonight. I think it is actually a full moon though, and I know that sounds like a joke but I have heard from multiple professional dog trainers that it's not. Mine aren't werewolves or anything lol but they get loopy sometimes.

    I literally saw once in the trainstation how a big dog pulled the little woman behind him lol. that was very funny. the dog was much stronger than the woman. she had no chance lol.

    My dog just stole a pillow off of the couch, flipped it upside down, and put it back. Dogs are weird, and smarter than people think.
