Hmmmm. I wish I could train your dogs to rip apart your sleep paralysis demons, but I cannot.

How does sleep paralysis occur?

I have had it a bunch of times, but I don't know exactly what causes it other than I think it's when you're not fully asleep. This was the worst one I've ever had. I saw, heard and felt some things that I don't think I can even repeat on here. I don't know if I actually woke up screaming or not :/

Yeah...it can be quite unnerving having experienced it myself a few times. When fantasy and reality comingle for a time...and you can't tell one from the other and momentarily can't do anything about it.

Sending Dog V4 snuggles and his chin resting on your shoulder looking at you with his big brown eyes as he wags slowly.

Ooo I experienced sleep paralysis last night too, the scenario of feeling someone come into my room and climb into bed right behind me. My most common experience, but still scary every time.
