    I like my boss. It's not only him. The only people I don't constantly do this with is close family. It's only with strangers, coworkers, teachers, people I have to be serious with.

    Whenever I have to talk to somebody my boss for example, I think long and hard about what needs to be said, even if its a very simple sentence. When the time comes so say what needs to be said, it comes out awkwardly and stilted. Done that my whole life. If I didn't explain it well I'm sorry...

    NT traits being more recent in homo sapiens evolution

    I was seriously pondering the possibility of NT behavior being the next stage in human evolution the other day. Could be why they reproduce so much more. It's seemingly all that is on the mind if your average NT specimen.

    It's been over for us since the day we were born. We never had a chance. Women in the spectrum have a slightly easier time than men, but very very slightly. That's only because men have to make the first move.

    I really miss home

    I'm in Germany for work, and will be for the next year. I'm American. I'm pretty much used to the loneliness and moving around, but at least I had my parents and siblings growing up. I always felt like an alien, even before I was diagnosed. Now I am literally considered an alien.

    Diagnosed at the age of 20

    Hello all. I've recently been diagnosed with autism. Nobody was surprised. I just wish it could have been done sooner. Maybe I would have had a better time at school growing up.
