As I was making the volcano, the clump of change in my pocket fell into soda can (Sprite mind you), and now they're shinier than ever.
For anyone here who was on ADISC: That site was shut down this week after seventeen years. Most of its core membership - approaching thirteen hundred in less than two weeks - have moved to SPANDI (spandi.org).
I'm losing interest in gardening volunteering work because no one gives a damn in giving me a chance in giving me any volunteer work. They just ghost me or pretend I have never been there when I show up.

Im not surprised you're bored, that's no good, you're not there to make tea. Politely raise the issue when you're feeling stable and if nothing changes volunteer somewhere else. Try not to wait until you have lost the ability to cope with the situation. People respond to emotional energy and not words, therefore remaining calm when negotiating with management is vital.

If you are forced to quit do it on good terms for the reference and have something lined up so you don't sink into inactivity, that's quicksand for your mental health.

Are there any volunteer agency's, could they find something that will include a man with complex needs*?

That's really wrong. Can you find somewhere else to volunteer?
I need to share my struggles and honestly I feel hatred toward people. If I could I would completely isolate myself on a remote island. People frustrate me so much that since childhood I have dreamed of total isolation. I try to be caring and kind but often face neglect and rudeness. I have no desire to maintain any relationships with anyone.

I'm not suggesting anything. Just sharing what I found about myself. That I have been through something similar. But the darkest parts of our life have to happen, before our best years arrive. How we find what we are looking for is up to all of us. So, no. I don't have answers for you and your situation. Just a different perspective to present. Whether you take it or leave it, is up to you.

I like watching documentaries about hermits living in caves or mountains and general wilderness. It's impressive, total self reliance.

I struggle daily with this. I stay home or cancel appointments when l need to hang by myself and listen to music, or sit in a dark room.
Do you ever just have a few really good days and someone stops on them? Have someone who trys to take things from you? It feels like do I get upset and fight for things or do I just let what happens happens and let the chips fall where they may because I am worth more than this?
I'm gonna be chronically sad if there are no more funny comedians to watch on tv.

try the Taskmaster series, they always lift my mood (i am watching specifically GB ones)

Tiny teaser of a major project I started today. I've never tried something like this before and it is likely to take a few weeks. Also it's hard to get a proper "flashlight" effect in this fractal app. An unlit version of this same image also exists.
I worry about my trans friends in today’s political climate. They just want to live their lives and not be an open target. They don’t support assassinations.

Aye, I should probably do exactly that as well. I dont exactly need to be spending a ton of added time on the internet anyway.

The trans girlfriend (male-to-female trans) of the suspect is fully cooperating with the FBI even though the suspect told her not to. Apparently she was just as shocked as everybody else. A politician wants to build death camps for trans people, so the crazy keeps outcrazying itself.

Anybody who likes rap should listen to Hazy Shade Of Criminal by Public Enemy. The song was really big in 1993. (No link due to language.) That song encapsulates corrupt politicians wonderfully. I recently had my mom read the lyrics and even she liked it. (She's 80.)
Note to self: Never mix bleach with vinegar (the gases nearly knocked me out).

@tree is bleach + rubbing alcohol painful? Which of these makes someone pass out the longest?

Chlorine (bleach) can be a very dangerous chemical, almost anything you do with it gives off highly toxic gases and the damage this causes to your lungs and air passages is often excruciatingly painful as well. Don't play around with it indoors.

I had someone with me (I never do things with chemicals alone), and the local clinic said I'll be fine, and not to try any more experiments.
Trying to stay on the positive mental train. Every Fibre of myself wants to move, create, think, expand. So I am finding my ways.If anyone wants to constructively critisize please do 🐘 The Awkward Elephant Craft Studio🐘

I like the simple layout and fun descriptions.

What I'd like to see:

1) More info on dimensions. Even for one size fits all, I'd like to know dimensions as that gives a better idea of how something will fit (loose, right on, stretched a bit)

2) A page about shipping and terms of sale, including mailing turnaround times and estimated mailing times.

3) A profile page so potential buyers can learn a bit more you and why they may wish to buy from you. You don't need biographical info, but info on your creative process and what insipres your work would be nice
Happy Heavenly Birthday Cousin Phil. Crying over you. One of the Good Men I've had the priveledge of knowing. Born and raised into a terrible situation. The charming Thug. Train hopping and running around the corridors in the backs of casinos, sneaking into the pit. Oh we had such fun. I miss him more than anyone could imagine.

My daughter tells me that sardines are all the rage these days. She threatened to make sardine martinis.

That Wild Planet sardines, l may have to try that again. That site also showed how to make sardine sandwich using mayo, etc.
I have friends and have lengthy conversations with women IRL.

Very exciting to read. Glad you moved on from your thoughts holding you back. It's difficult to do, but you will never go back.:)
Being tired from work is almost refreshing compared to fatigue from mental stuff. This is very strange; it is a gentle stressfree rest that is not like fatigue.

I have that when work makes me too tired to worry

Just discovered that recently myself. Built the turret thing, involved a lot of contorting myself into odd positions to get at the screws, and boy howdy was I sore afterwards. But it was like... this bizarre "satisfying" soreness. Which is new to me.

I feel the same way about studying anatomy and physiology, @Hazel_1914. Tired brain from focused learning feels so much better than tired brain from anxiety and confusion.
