Why I don't give others help in the way they seem to like

I bought a cup of bubble tea just now. Nice smooth flavor with fragrance - however, the smoothness is not that emphasized - so I'm apprehensiv e of trying it again. Plus, I know it's already nice - without a coherent business plan that really suggests to us that the tea shop (ioi cafe) is different from others - and I also like Gong Tea (my favorite bubble tea, for now)...

Some old uncle, who looks like a swindler imo, asked me to 'help' him (for the third time in memory) after I bought the tea. It totally spoils my mood, just as the sky turned dark. I only help people if it makes me happy, not guilty. I feel not quite happy buying a $2 pen to 'help' him. The local autism community, in my opinion, needs much more help than just mere pens. They need a consistent business plan to empower lower-functioning autistic people to have shelthered jobs (which rightfully, the Singapore government recognized and did) - now, more importantly and useful in the long run, empowering those with higher-functioning autism with something that adds value to society, and ignite their inner spark of passion, and maybe bring out their inner light... If I have a higher cause to fight for, yes, I feel guilty of not 'helping' - but guilt is also the same exact driver of me thinking of new solutions for my community...

We need to make others comfortable, not guilty, when they know that the ASDs in Singapore are able, are worthy in society, and yet are given little support (especially financial support to provide opportunities for them to display their talents to the wider world, in a way BOTH NTs and ASDs feel comfortable). Hopefully the world in general will enjoy ASDs so much, that we'll have a better world.

In this case, do we need to buy a pen? I bet we'll buy even more bubble teas, breads, and other types of things that fill our stomachs and make us happy.

I won't probably directly give money to others. I will spend money in my own way, in my own sense, in my own quiet sense - and not appear to be cold-blooded and dismissive on the idea of charity (unlike a certain Steve Jobs, it seems). I'll devote my attention to money once I had a working idea that sustains itself.
