My older brother made sure my stimming wasn't seen or heard (I got punched a lot). So other than the occasional leg shaking, my stuff is all nicely hidden away. Biting inside of lip, running tongue around the backside of my teeth, lightly grinding teeth (not audibly), silent mantras in my head.
