Hi everyone, it's me Jen. I just wanted to say that for my services I had yet another evaluation. This one is very interesting as it says that there is not evidence for ASD or something like that also that my iq is 73
Here are some parts that I would like to highlight that may be interesting
obtained a Full Scale IQ (FSIQ) score of 73, placing her overall intellectual functioning in the Very Low range at the
4th percentile. (This range was formerly referred to in prior versions of the EWAIS as "Borderline.") This score indicates that
she experiences significant difficulty with tasks requiring general reasoning, problem solving, and cognitive efficiency when
compared with same-age peers
obtained a Total Raw Score of'
24, corresponding to a T-score of 37 and a 10th percentile rank, which falls within the range classified as Minimal-to-No
Symptoms of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
This score indicates that, based on behavioral observations and informant reports, characteristics typically associated with
autismsuch as deficits in social reciprocity, communication, and restricted or repetitive behaviorswere not evident to a
clinically significant degree at the time of assessment. The individuals social engagement, use of language, and adaptive
responses to environmental and interpersonal demands were generally consistent with expectations for individuals without an
autism spectrum diagnosis.
CARS-2 results do not alone support the presence of clinically significant autism-related symptomatology, and findings are not
consistent with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
She interacted
in a personable cooperative manner, making appropriate eye contact. Notably, she did not exhibit typical autistic traits or signs
of thought disorder.
She has carried multiple neurological and psychiatric diagnoses over the years, though the clinical rationale and support for
some remain unclear to the undersigned.
It also says mild dysarthria notwithstanding it says
Diagnostic Impressions:
F01.0Major Neurocognitive Disorder
R41.83Borderline Intellectual Functioning
G80Cerebral Palsy
G40.90Epilepsy
F06Psychotic Disorder due to a medical condition, by history
These are some of the things I find interesting and are curious about
At least they don't see any issues with mental health that's kind of a relief
Although these report are still hard to understand
I still believe I've ASD though
