Xbox One problems installing a game

I just got a new game Crash N Sane trilogy on Xbox, I'm trying to install it at the moment, and the Xbox won't pick up the game, OK the disc's got some finger marks but I cleaned it up and it still doesn't work.

I know about Google and Xbox.com, but can anyone help?
 
Have you tried a hard reset? (Turning the Xbox off via the front button and turning it on again via the front button after a minute?) That'll typically solve many issues

I had to do that one day last year when nothing would install, not even downloaded stuff.

The Crash game now works, I'm almost done completing the first level, just got to beat the end of level Boss.

I now have another install problem, WWE 2K18 won't install on the Xbox One S at my Parents, yet I've been playing it all day at home on my standard Xbox One. I have raised the problem on the support forum on Xbox.com but AFAIK nobody's responded yet.
