I enjoy such constructions, like the wind powered Strandbeests.
Looks kind of like a medieval execution device.
Prototypes can be a little primitive. If you have a look at his channel there is a new version being worked on which is significantly more refined.

...which in turn remind me of the artwork of Livio de Marchi, Venetian wood sculptor straordinario.
Some of his work is like the sculptures of Oldenburg's giant creations. I used to drive past his giant bat column in Chicago, frequently. And, I rarely have seen a city with as much notable public sculpture as Chicago.
