What would cause you to instantly "like" a person?

I get that, I know one woman who is vegan, but she is cool with it. She doesn't make it her entire personality and it's her personal choice and allows others to do their own thing without judging them.

I love animals but I'm still a meat eater. I do try to make ethical decisions though - I mean as best I can.

My ex-friend, when he projects and overreacts, would rub my face in the fact that I eat meat.
His virtue-signalling is insufferable, especially due to his hypocrisy.

The system is an abomination, but I am a pragmatist.
"It is what it is." <shrug>

I also realise that animals in the wild suffer so much more when they die.
Well, in civilised countries.

We are omnivores.

It's probably best to judge people (for potential friendships) within participation in mutual activities e.g., arts-related activities, volunteering, etc.
