What was the last TV show you watched?

I was watching the snooker, if I was a player I wouldn't like the referee trying to.follow me round the table, they never used to if you Google
I don't like how the light on the audience is present, it never used to be either

Father Ted, Christmas special. There's a scene where Ted innocently hits a guy on a boat while skimming stones, the guy tries to catch up with him is angry presumably wants to inflict harm on Ted. It's sad as instances like this can happen in real life

Star Trek: The Next Generation episode Cause and Effect episode.
What if life is a time loop that plays and replays without end, and unlike this episode there's no way to change it, I don't like that idea. I have never studied physics but think this a possibility in physics

Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale (2025) - Peacock

The last installment of what I consider to be a very well done and benevolent British version of "Gone With The Wind". The beginning of the end of an era for the English gentry, and all who served them. Minus the War Between the States or the turbulent relationship of Rhett Butler and Scarlett O'Hara.

Another example of how film can truly transport an audience back to an earlier time.

"Sanctuary" Episode 1 Season 2 (AMC+)

The continuation of a British society that while acknowledges witchcraft as being very real, openly persecutes and prosecutes witches perceived as being very malevolent.

If you're looking for "Bewitched" or something like it, this isn't it. A show more geared to Ann Rice fans.

I forget the episode number but I'm currently watching season 4 of The Rookie. It's a police drama about rookies, it has some funny moments but it wouldn't be a comedy. I normally don't watch Cop drama's all that much but Nathon Fillion is the lead and I really enjoyed him in the lead role in the Joss Whedon sci-fi show Firefly. So I took a chance on the show and it's been entertaining. Right now there are 7 seasons out, and I guess the 8th season just started last week.

I still get upset over the way "Firefly" was so poorly handled. Loved it, and have never had interest in "Castle" as a consequence. I have both the series and the movie (Serenity) on DVD.

I never did watch Castle. The Serenity movie was also a gem. I think my favorite expression I still use that comes from that is the positive "Shiny".

I heard a really bad joke that you have to have watched the movie to get. "How does a Reaver clean his harpoon? He puts it through the Wash". Sad drum roll.
