What was the last thing you cooked?

I have several containers of bone broth in the fridge, so I canned more broth beans.

Into each pint jar add 1/2 cup beans (2 of the jars were Great Northern, the other two I added Pinto).

Pour bone broth over the top of the beans, until there's only 1 inch left of headspace in each jar.

Clean rims, put on lids and ringbands.

Into the pressure canner, make sure that there's water that goes 1 to 2 inches up the sides of the jars.

Pressure Can for 75 minutes.

Turn off heat. Allow to naturally depressurize.

The beans will be fully cooked, burpless, spoon tender, and infused with all that brothy goodness :)

They're shelf stable for at least a year or two. Enjoy.
For my son's birthday when they were small I made a dip from goat's milk cheese, which the guest said not much as I hadn't bought packaged but I felt harmeish, felt odd, but I wanted dip and I suppose I try make food for allergies nice n tasty, avoid feeling odd.
I like chicken so we cook that, find Xmas others cook duck and I used to struggle to get turkey cooked all way through, when I was young lass. Being kosher was taboo like ..... It was very difficult to explain to some to pls keep lamb chops one side as don't eat pork, suppose when end up with more Jewish friends it's less noticeable that specifying parev can be difficult, often treated with little understanding.

A delicious simple dessert

Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Roll Toast

Into a round cake pan put 4 pieces of white bread

Each piece of bread gets 2 generous pats of butter, and four raisins

Sprinkle Pumpkin Pie Spice all over it

Sprinkle sugar over everything

Broil for 5 minutes

Enjoy!! It tastes like cinnamon rolls :)

Eye of round roast beef, corn, green salad for dinner last night. Just made banana nut bread with 2 blackening bananas and pecans which is in the oven now.

That's why I do not doubt he was one of us , My brother a fellow Aspie eats a can of vegetable soup as his only meal every day. His son told me he got scurvy once.

Had angel hair pasta parmesan last night, with ground beef, green pepper, diced tomatoes w/chiles, green onions and parsley. Will be enjoying the leftovers tonight.

Howard Hughes ate only Campbells Soup, was malnourished, had 6-inch-long fingernails and toenails when he died, never bathed, and definitely was not autistic.

Howard hughes was a brilliant engineer long before he lost it so you never know. The spruce goose flew. A lot of us Aspies are just hiding in plain sight, no test no way to tell, I had no idea found myself why I'm here. Ignore us at your peril. We have always been around. I remember Hughes he was the Elon Musk of his day.

You actually refuse to believe that there are many brilliant, genius NTs in the world. Ignore them at your peril.

I cooked up and canned 4 half pints of apple butter and brewed a gallon of kombucha. Later I made Chinese food for dinner. I am tired.

I made mashed potatoes and gravy and some mushy peas for my husband. He had the "post" inserted in his jawbone yesterday in preparation for the tooth implant, so his mouth is sore and tender.
