As a 41 year old Aspie whose only customer service experience comes from working in nearly every Charity shop in Sheffield?

I applied to Argos last week, and I got an email this morning "you have been unsuccessful", and I also applied to Three mobile and still not heard back from them.

Sainsbury's are good for looking past disabilities. @VenomousAlbino works there on the checkouts and is registered blind, and they used to have a woman who worked there who had no tongue.

A search for "best employers UK for disabled people" gave me these job search sites, specifically for people with disabilities looking for work:
