so I have a way of remembering things especially when taking some of my college courses. I’m more of a visual learning liking to see things in person and having someone explain things to me than doing it online which I harder for me to process; although I have taken online classes and have done pretty well. In ways I remember something say like in biology; I’m a biological nerd so I’m going to say something biological. For example I like to picture things for an exam in a marine biology class I took recently.
I had to know things like what a diploblastic organism was (jellyfish, corals, comb jellies) which has two germ layers instead of three (ectoderm and endoderm but no mesoderm) and knowing what a diploblastic organism was I had to identify if it had a radiata sturture ( symmetrical) or a bilateral structure.
The way I remember this is with a diploblastic organism I picture a French fry or something like that dipping it in sauce and having the sauce radiate in ripples from a smaller circle to a bigger circle.
My point is I have weird analogies like these which really helps when it comes for remembering things. I’m more of a visual learner. How do y’all like to learn or remember things?
